This is a newly introduced concept in corporate environment according to which employee's are allowed to use their own device(a smartphone,tablet,laptop,etc) instead of office's computer.As it was becoming difficult to stop employee's from using their devices at workplace for personal use this concept has been introduced.As people say if you can't beat them,join them
