Buying threshold from farmers in cash

Hi, 

I'm buying agricultural produce from various farmers and paying them in cash. 

Is there any threshold limit for paying in cash for farmers and if so how much is the limit?

Since farmers cant raise bill, how it should be shown in my accounts
