Except intimation to exchange or advertisement in newspaper , rest all procedure for buy back should remain same in my view for private companies..
Any other contrary view appreciated.

Required the specimen of teh resolutions , draft letter of Offer and teh declaaration of solvency.
the buy back will be upto 10% .
