is there any recent circular which prohobits the promotors of a pvt. ltd. co. from buying back the shares of their company?

Dear Prasanna,
As per my knowledge, there is no circular issued by the concerned department/ ministry which restricts the promoters of the Private Limited Company from buying back shares of their own Company.
