in buy-back of shares, nominal value of buy-back of shares should be equal to total of (a) proceeds of fresh issue of specified securities and (b) transfer to CRR.
the query is - whether proceeds of issue of debentures included under (a) above ?? i.e. is debentures covered under specified securities. ??
