1. Required only in case the business premises is given on rent.
2. For sole proprietor just registration with Gumasta dhara and PT is enough to startwith. as and when GST or any license of operation is applicable with respect to supply/goods it can be applied.

Any agreement of such as rent or lease agreement may be required for carrying the business at any place when the owner of the said premises is other than the proprietor of the business. Be it any relative of the proprietor, it will be in interest of the proprietor at any stage of business in future.
