building on rent

if a co. hired a building for 3 or more years and get registered its office on the rented building address for the PAN CARD after expiry of rent contract it vacant the building and get another rented building for the office in same state e.g. Delhi. whether it is required to inform the I.T. for change of address while there is no address on the pan card except the No. and there  is a possibility to change the building.
