3.Persons responsible for stocking materials and their delegation of authority.
4.Details materials stored at site and their quantities and values
5.Purchase orders isuued from site and details of PO,s pertaining to site issued from H.O.
6.Details of Bin cards material-wise along with details of issues and receipts.
7.Inspection of stocks done various CO,s authorities.
8.Monthly stock statement prepared and sent to H.O. and their reconciliation with records at site.
9.Equipments available at site and the records pertaining to that.
10 Materials/equipments transferred/received to/from other sites.
