Please Help i have some query for builder account.
(1) Direct and Indirect exp format for Builder Account
(2) Town planning charge + Development Charge , House tax paid to Govt which head can we add under Direct Exp or Indirect Exp

Other than (office) Administrative exp viz., office rent, staff slary, mes bill,telephone bill etcrest of the expenses can be booked under direct expenses since itrelates to construction exp. If you have more than one project/site you can account site wise (viz., cost centre wise) Thew advantage is how much you have derived profit/loss gainst each project/site.
