i need some detail clarification on withdrawals of deduction available u/s 80 IA & IB for infrastructure company.
in addition to this clarification on ESOPS.( now employee is required to pay tax as perquisite or if fbt is paid by employer than it is taxfree to employee?
what is net impact of this above to the profitability of the company?
please help me out.

As far as FBT goes all that matters is someone pays the tax whether employer or employee.
