Friend the bdget has announced today.....so in ipcc may exam wil the new rates b applicable or it does not affect our curiculum for this attempt.
Like.....slab rate, service tx rate. Etc..

Reffer the RTP issued by Institutes for May attempt that will give all details, read it and follow it. Don't need to be worried about budget. Good luck.
