kya one place se two firm continue kar sakte hain in gst however nature of business in one firm ready-made garment or 2nd firm in cloth other then ready-made garment
The owner ship of the place is important. If it is rent then either both should have a rent agreement with the land Lord. or if one has agreement then the their should be second rent agreement or NOC to second firm to operate business in the same place.
