can we claim ITC on broadband or telephone or electricity bill.

Yes, ITC can claim of above bills provided bills should be in the name of company.

Yes, You can take ITC of broadband or telephone or electricity bill subject to section 16 i.e Bill is on name of company, GSTIN is mentioned on bill ect..
For hotel service only for staying purpose, you can take ITC, only if it's same state in which Company has its GST registration, ITC of other state hotel not allowed.

If you are providing the all taxable services then u can avail the full ITC otherwise u have to avail credit on proportionally basis as per rule 42.
