Not Only ITO, CTO , CIT ,ACIT, All of them................. rarely they do work with out bribe,.....

"bribery to the ITO or any person of dept. must be stopped as this insults the profession and education received by a us as CA's or prospective CA's" shocked??? lets analyse this, TO THE POINT- situation no.1 - when client makes black money or accounting manipulations and gets caught in assessment / raids HERE - WE ALL SHOULD NOT SUPPORT SUCH CLIENTS AS THIS GIVES RISE TO MORE AND MORE CHANCES OF SUCH PROBLEMS.. THIS IS BECAUSE, WEN ONE CLIENT GETS HIS CASE SOLVED BY LOADING MONEY TO THE POCKETS - IT GIVES BIRTH TO TWO OR MORE PROBLEMS LIKE IT... HOW? OTHER CLIENTS MAY ALSO FEEL TO DARE THE SAME MANIPULATIONS AND GET THEIR RAIDS SOLVED BY THROWING MONEY NEXT PROBLEM IS SUCH MONEY BUNDLES TEMPT MORE OF ITO'S AS THAT IS EASY MONEY FOR THEM - MAY BE EASIER THAN STOCK MARKETS AND GAMBLING TOO... HENCE WRONGLY CARVING THEIR ATTITUDES TOWARDS THE SOCIETY AND THINKING OF - NO WORK MORE MONEY INSTEAD OF HARD WORK BUT LESS MONEY... WE MUST NOT ADVISE OR ALLOW CLIENT TO BRIBE BUT MAKE THEM PAY TAXES PROPERLY AND FULLY...AS THEY LOSE MORE MONEY IN BRIBERY COMPARED TO TAXES PAID ACTUALLY situation no.2- when taxes are not paid according to the law WE MUST ADVISE CLIENTS ONLY AND ONLY TO FOLLOW THE LAW COME WHAT MAY.... I KNOW SUCH SITUATIONS - SOME MAY FEEL IF THEY WILL LOSE CLIENT, THEN? BUT DEAR FRIENDS TELL ME - IF ALL CA'S FOLLOW THIS FUNDA OF ADVISING TO PAY TAXES PROPERLY AND MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND THROUGH PRESENTATIONS AND SEMINARS THAT TAX EVADING IS NOT CORRECT THEN WHERE WILL SUCH CLIENT RUN AWAY? HE HAS TO STAY WITH U AS U ARE GIVING HIM RIGHT ADVISE ONLY... ALSO WE CAN ASK GOVT TO BUILD STRONG RULES FOR GRABBING SUCH PEOPLE WHO EVADE TAX... A CBI INQURY TOO CAN BE PLACED ON DOUBTED OFFICERS OF ITO...IF ANYONE KNOWS WHO TAKES BRIBES AND ALL HE CAN CALL / WRITE THE NAME OF SUCH OFFICER TO CBI... THEY ARE REALLY HELPFUL AND YOU ONLY THINK - WHAT IS THE MEANING OF GAINING SUCH EDUCATION AND PAINS TO PASS CA IF END OF THE DAY WE HAVE TO BRIBE SUCH OFFICERS WHO ARE TAKING SEATS IN DEPT. BY JUST PASSING ONE SIMPLE TEST...NOTHING IN COMPARISON TO CA COURSE? SO PLEASE JOIN HANDS AND SPREAD THE TORCH OF THIS KNOWLEDGE!!!! advise clients to FIGHT with your KNOWLEDGE instead of BRIBE with their MONEY

if u wana ur work & save urself from harrasment then u have 2 give bribe 2 them. if u r 4 secrutny call then no 1 can escape u without bribe dear.

I know one of senior lawyer, who has been practising in taxation without of any bribe and settlement with ITO/STO since long, today he has only few clintal to deal with them.

So, reality is only settlement according to case. if we want to change the scenario we all need to take hard step and not sell our services cheaply.
