Are we allowed to take a break of 8 mts after completion of 15 months of articleship.

And what kinda break. if u r asking about a CASUAL LEAVE..., then ofcoarse its not allowed

As per institute u r not allowed unless u ve genuine reason say sick leave,(may be havin a kind of chronical disease) but if u n ur principal ve mutual understanding ,u can take it i think.

See in your articleship period you can take any break provided you u have understanding with your principal but the 8 months will be counted as leave and any excess leave will have to be served after the completion of the articleship agreement as supplementary articles.
