Branded vs. un-branded teacher

Please note: I am not raising my voice for/ against any teacher. I am just giving my own perception only.

 

Branded Un branded
Focus on there own material rather than ICAI modules.

Focus on ICAI Mat, PM, because many of them do not publish there own Mat.

Students who have adequate knowledge but fail in exam - need personal attention because sometimes there aggregate falls short for merely 10-20 marks. In such a case Branded teachers are not useful.

Unbranded teachers are needed in such a case as many of them give tuition on individual basis.

Deal with important topics and put less stress for insignificant topics.

Covers all most all topics but sometimes do not go in deep.

Aim is to give volume of notes to students so that they feel: the Teacher is a Champion.

Aim is to guide students so that they can pass the exam in comfortable ways.

Rigid timing and long class duration which is hectic.

Flexible timing and short duration of class.

Due to huge volume of students, many of them feel shy to raise there doubts.

Due to small batch size, individual attention can be given.

Checking of answer of assignments in the copy, Presentation skill development can not be done on individual basis.

High Fees and sometimes EMI options are gives.

Reasonable fees and sometimes on Monthly basis.

Have converted Teaching in Business. Many of them give value the relationship between Student and Teacher.
