if I am register in gst .my business is making a milk pouches my turn over about 2 cored. i also mfg ghee, paneer, cream, etc . my logo is registered under treadmark act. in gst branded paneer is 5 % gst . and lush paneer has nil rate gst . i make a sale lush on plastic bag without my brand lebal.
but I issue bill on my registered name. in this situation is gst is applicable.
Your products are private labelled product which will come under unbranded category as Unbranded products have a label but it is clearly nondescriptt and not intended to add value but since you are registered under trade mark act and have a logo you have to pay gst.
