i am going to venture into menswear fashion retailing. just wanted to know few things. if anyone could please spare sometime and answer my queries would be really grateful.
1.Registering a company and getting a TIN number would be enough to do business or is there other formalities ? I am based in Chennai and my Business would be PAN India.
2.Can i use the company name as brand name also or do i need separate brand name and company name ?
3. Can i do multiple business like Electronics and Fashion under the same company or do i need different companies for both ?
