factory in gujarat and branch(sales office) in mumbai..so no tax between branchh transfer?? but set off by factory will be reduced by some %? branch will have 2 be seperately registered under MVaT? and billing to be done from branch itself(if regd) and charging vat?

Yes no VAT to be levied between two branches.
Set - off at factory to be reduced by 4% .
The branch at mumbai should be separately registered in MVAT
Billing to be done from Gujarat...
Mumbai office will issue the gujarat office F FORM .......
