My client already having Service tax registration for them Register office in tamilnadu and now they are newly open them branch service office located in other district in tamilnadu but it is coming under the same Central Excise Commissionerate. Please clarify they will take new RC for them branch service office. if any Notification if there in this regard.

You can take the registration under same jurisdiction but question then would be raised wherein asked your good-self for Centralized Registration then you follows the said procedure also face the state notification in this regard.
Simple procedure followed i.e. furnished by you already. If Centralized Billing then some extra procedure followed otherwise noting.
you are supposed to take the registration of every prremise from where the service is provided and there are no such notifications in thsi regard however bieng practical u are supposed to take the registration of every single premise whether in the same Jurisidiction or otherwiase.
