Branch account

how to make branch a/c in tally?? if fy is 2003.. opening stock is 20000 goods supplied is 50000 cash sent to branch is 200(rent) & 100(other exp). cash received frm branch is 60000 closing stock is 15000 nd petty cash is 10.... plz help friends...hw to solve this in tally..??whether I should create diff company's fr different branches or it can be solved in one comapany also??? plz plz plz help
