how I can transfer stocks from one branch to another branch and will i have to maintain invoice at both branches

U have to raise Tax Invoice , yes u have to maintain,. The sale of 1 branch will be purchase of another branch

The both Branches located in Same State then no need to issued Tax Invoice. You can move Your goods in Delivery challan as Stock Transfer...
In case both branches located in different states then You must treat as Sales / Purchase for the both branch transaction. We don't be treat It's stock transfer and will treat Sales or Purchase. Bcoz, Both have different GSTIN...
