Can you identify these numbers?

This is one of the answers. We can have multiple combinations of the above numbers by changing the digits positions from first number to another in a way keeping the sum 495 (127 + 368) etc.
Can you find some other "sum" of two 3 digit numbers with the same conditions as above?
