We have recently undergone our company name & address change , also we are in receipt of the new ROC .the same change is to be incorporated in the Bank.
What documents do we require to submit to the bank on the same?
I require a sample board resolution for company name & address change.
To my knowledge the following documents would be required to be submitted to the bank:
ROC ( name changed)
Board Resolution
Company cover letter stating change in name on old letterhead
Are anymore documents required?
