I am damn bored with this stuff called "Articleship"... 3.5 years is toooo much..
We are almost missing on other great things ...

yes, articleship period is very long. in my opinion it should be 1.5 year like
1st year - articleship
next 3 months - industrial training
next 3 months - residential programme.
