Group 1 Books – Click here for Strategy to Clear CA Final Group 1
Financial Reporting – Best option is to join class for financial reporting (or arrange class notes of any good teacher near your location - (In my view go for Parveen Sharma Class Notes - NOT HIS BOOK). (Reference book: P C Tulsian – It should be your second choice if you are unable to arrange any class notes)
AS - Sanjeev Singhal (BEST) / D S Rawat
SFM - J B Gupta book with DVD Lactures (BEST) (Taxmann Publication).
Audit and SAs - Pankaj Garg with PM (Best and Sufficient for Exam) – Far better than surbhi bansal.
Law - Munish Bhandari Handbook (BEST) - Plus Padhuka or Munish Bhandari Main book for detailed study, if you have sufficient time.
Group 2 Books – Click here for Strategy to Clear CA Final Group 2
AMA / Costing - J B Gupta (BEST) plus Study Material, Compiler and Practice Manual (It is better to prepare your own notes for theory portion).
ISCA - Manish Valechha ISCA Textbook (BEST) (Memory Based Edition).... Best seller ... book to fetch high marks in ISCA. well written with awesome presentation … comprehensive and easy to understand... It explains all topics with examples, diagrams, memory codes (refer Study Material if you have sufficient time but not actually required). And at last, go through Practice manual for important questions.
Direct Taxes - T.N. Manoharan Plus Summary Module of Vinod Gupta (Prepare notes for lengthy and typical portion, if possible). Also check T G Suresh’s DT book it is very concise book (BEST for revision) it can be completed easily.
Indirect Taxes – N S Govindan for Concepts (BEST) (Padhuka/bangar for past exam questions). Yashvant mangal is also good for Revision.

What ever you do, refer only 1 book for your initial preparation, referreing 2 or more books will only create confusion. Yes after you have completed your concepts you should refer PM and RTPs

Dear Members, Download a book on Indirect Taxes for CA Final which in many terms is very different from any other books available at the moment. The highlights of the book are as under:
1) It contains the one liner headlines for every para giving out summary for ease of reading and re-collecting - You need to just refer those one liners at the time of exams and the task of revision becomes very easy.
2) Certain crucial chapters including common topics are designed in tabulated form for ease of reading. Have a look at common topics chapter and check out how different it is presented from any other book.
3) Recent caselaws are summarized and presented for quick examination reference - One liner headlines are given for case laws as well for ease of revision during exam times.
4) Analyis and introduction of complicated provisions is provided for imparting conceptual understanding of the subject.
5) Large number of past examination questions are covered for practical solving.
6) Examples are incorporated to learn the subject with ease. Its an examination oriented book available in all the leading law houses in India being publised by Asia Law House.
Its also available on www.amazon.in and on www.cabooksonline.com and all leading law houses in country. I'm hereby attaching the free sample copy for your reference. For any feedback, suggestions or queries reply on ravi.somani03 @ gmail.com
