Hi Gazanfar,
MICS is a subject in which questions are pretty straight forward and from the past years. There is nothing conceptual about this one. Get hold of Dinesh Madan's book (or even the study mat) as well as the scanner/compiler of past questions. As long as you study every chapter and follow it up by immediately preparing every question from the compiler am sure you can score 60-70 comfortably.
Trust me.
