Hello guys,
I just have some point to make, its pretty difficult to get the credentials of people giving their replies including me.
When People ask for book references, its better we give suggestions for books which are almost a monopoly in their trade. This is because, the reader again gets confused which book to select with varied responses.
Since each one of us have their own comfort, the reader should also filter on what to read. I have faced the problem and I selected the books which will assist my strategy
The book I use
Accounts- MP Vijaykumar (As this is Monoploy)
AS-D.S.Rawat (Ease of understanding and Illustrations forming part of the question paper)
SFM- AN Sridhar (This book is the only book in the market to have covered all topics in the SFM ICAI module comprehensively with problems.
Audit- Compilation(Main) and Vinod Kumar agarwal(The smallest book which can teach me the basics not covered by compilation)
Law- Compilation (Main) And L.Jayaraman (Samllest Book covering the subject)
Costing- Padhukas(Near monopoly)
ISCA- Dinesh madadn( for his concise presentation and easy revision)
DT- TN Manoharan (for concepts and problems) , Padhukas (For revision)
IDT- Vaitheeswaran (for concepts) and Padhukas (for problems) and Other material like selected cases 2009 and supplementary material.
Hey guys,
When you refer books please give out the reason why you are suggesting the book so that people might know what to look for in each book.
