I am engaged in selling books online. I am basically a publisher. Books are exempt from CST.
Am I still liable to register under VAT/CST.

NO WHERE THERE IS NO TAX,THERE IS NO NEED OF REGISTRATION' IS ALWYAS THE LAW,
therefore one need not get registered with VAT authorities if he is not liable for duty
banks does not give current account withouth vat/cst number, so one needs to use personal account for selling books?
