I did not take coaching for ISCA .so which book is the best to read ISCA .

A lot of people would suggest Manish Valecha which has a lot of memory codes to byheart the answers but it will work for you only if you are good at mugging up a bit as you have to remember all the memory codes. I would personally recommend to just use ICAI study material and Practice Manual.. they are not that bulky. You can just go to a book store and take a look at Manish Valecha's book and decide whether it will work for you, or else go with institute materials.

Refer Manish Valecha. Best written book and easy to remember and complete.
