Which book should I refer for self study SFM. On surfing thru net I came accross many authors like CA A N Sridhar, CA S D Bala, CA Rajesh Makkar, Awasth Damodaran, etc. Now I want to buy one which is comprehensive clear and complete book. It may not only serve exam purpose but also in practical real life situations. Like for Income Tax we have an option of Dr.Vinod Singhania which not only serves exam purpose but in practical real life situations also.
JB gupta is no doubt better book than AN sridhar..But AN sirdhar Can be used as a reference..I ve not tried SD bala so cannot actually comment.. but DR JB gupta's book is Advisable.
Attend good coaching if possible. SD bala is best for concepts. Support it with Practice manual or AN shridhar. JB guptaz solutions are not similar to Suggested answers so I wont suggest it.
