I have used Pattabiraman and Bala by Snowwhite Publications - from Exam point of view this is sufficient - in addition you have to go through Revision Test Paper plus atleast last 4 suggested answers- 30 marks are from theory which is mostly repeated
AN Shridhar is good one for preparing from exam perspective. For good study of concepts as well as sums, Ravi M. Kishor - MAFA - for Ca final should be referred. For comprehensive study of financial concepts, Ravi M. Kishor - Financial Management - 6th Edition can be referred.
