i dont want to take chance bec this is my ipcc ''1'' attempt which will be in  nov 2012....

Hey plz anybody provide me Paduka's Cost accounting n Accounting refn
books in soft copy for IPCC.If it is not available with u then provide
me any other refn books for both groups.Thank u 4 ur help,luv u all
 

I have padhukas and tulsian ,I feel tulsian is the best.

It is my belief that there are no books for ipcc accounts-1 which can give such indepth knowledge and solid base. I am a science student, got cpt basics from tulsian's book, but was frustrated in ipcc accounts. I bought hanif M, paduka, tulsian but none was helpful. I joined pareen sir's class, and i am too comfortable with accounts now.

I believe what you are looking for can be only provided by a good teacher, or at least their notes.No book can provide such knowledge. (If anyone has scored more than 80 marks in group 1 accounts purely on the basis of a single book, plz enlighten me).

I would strongly suggest parveen sharma's book and notes. Study with somebody who is a student of parveen sir, and is currently preparing from his book and notes. This will get you good marks in exam for sure.

Regarding knowledge about how to deal with variety of questions, i believe you want to solve all kinds of accounts problems, but there are a whole lot of different ones which are not relevant for current ipcc level, and i don't understand why you want extra knowledge in accounts.

Hey rahul, i assume PS material means institute study mat. And what do u mean by coaching? Books of coaching centres or proper coaching classes? Just curious, i don't mean to disbelieve you.

Nowadays it is getting easier to score 70+ in accounts gr1. Since last year, many students have crossed 70 easily. Even i got 84 in acc gr 1 in may 11 exam. And i prepared only for 3-4 months for that!!! My question was aimed at students from nov 2010 attempt or before, as it was much tougher back then. Plz don't mind .

No offense registered.. But check for nov, 11... The score was a bit low... And i confess, that I also scored low.. And 84 is good man.. B)......

I mean Parveen Sharma... Its what we call PS.. SM is study material.
