I have not seen Ajay Jain.
Vaitheeswaran is also good one....more no. of case laws is incorporated there.

If you time and jot down important points like preparing notes then Yogendra Bangar is the best book.
If you lack of time then Vaitheeswaran is best.

book does not matter much but attitute does...pick up nay book..datey,bangar etc...........and empahsis on concepts rather mugging it up..........
