Book for direct tax
my Exam due in may 15.
I almost completed 75 % syllabus of dt from padhuka which was applicable for may 14 book. bcoz of changes purpose only I cant wait till my exam for reading. ...
so now from which reference book I should prefer nd for latest ammendments at what tym purchase? ?????

Am also refering padhuka..writing in nov'14. Go wid may'14 buk only . Smwhr in october icai wl release amendment buk on budget'14. Buy this supplementary book. Its very gud buk..wl contains amended provisions along wid illustrationgr. Its enough.
1st they upload. Download dat soft copy. Also buy case law buk applicable for may'15 & nov'15. It wl release next month. 1st they upload these two in icai's bos knwldg portal. Hope u knw frm where to download.
Yaaa...I know its...from ICAI site..one more doubt is next yr budget will be applicable for may 15 or not ???? That I don't know.
ICAI will issue supplementary module for the amendments
Refer the sulpplementary along with case study book,if preferable buy summary module of vinod gupta,tht cud be helpful too.
The new budget will be applicable for May15 and Nov15.
Next year's New budget that going to happen in feb'15..this budget effects MAY'16 AND Nov'16 exams, not may'15 & nov'15. Last month's july budget only wl effcts ur exam . Icai wl release dis material smwhr in sept or october along wid new case law buk. So dnt worry abt next year feb'15 budget. ALL THE BEST.
