Could anyone pls suggest a good book for corporate law? As i m working with one of leading software company, i get very less time for prepartion. I am looking for a book which will cover maximum within short time.

Hi
Please make sure that you have the Bare act of corporate laws. Apart from the institute study material, the Bare act would be very much useful. Any other book can be only for reference and not for full preparation. The more you read the bare act you stand to get more marks. I have scored heavily in law papers by following this rule.
My Suggestion is to go with Munish Bhandari. Since at the end of the chapter you have Practical problems. In exam they are asking only the practical problems and it has lot of previous year practical questions. I feel Munish Bhandari is sufficient.
