If anybody could suggest a good for self study for Auditing & Prof Ethics (incl AAS) for final new other than Surubhi Bansal.

i prefere Surabhi bansal book is the best one
if you want to say any other except that "paduka"

Go for Kamal Garg's text book. (Recommended by ICAI too)
