IT IS MUCH BETTER TO UNDERSTAND THAN GRASPING.........DINESH MADAN NOTES MAKES BETTER UNDERSTANDING..........AND IF U NEED TECHNICAL TERM..........MODULE SHOULD BE TAKEN SIDE-BY-SIDE.....I USE DINESH MADAN...........AND THUS SECURE 65 MARKS.............MY FRIEND ALSO USES DINESH MADAN NOTES AND SECURE 57 MARKS..........
MAKE YOUR CONCEPTS CLEAR INSTEAD RATAFY IT.........

Dinesh Madan's language is NOT good...
Read ICAI module...and download CA. Kapil Sangal's Short notes From My Blog...
Read From Module and Simultaneously revise from Short Notes. These notes are helpful and you will be able to revise your whole course 5 times during exam's gap on one day.
I got 55 Marks in MICS in November 2009 Attempt though I expected 70.

No need to go for other .... i suggest u to forget abt all books and go only for module ... its really very good

Use those files along with ICAI compilation..... 60+ marks is guaranteed..... & you can save lot of time which you can use for other papers...
MICS is the most easiest paper in CA Final which can be studied with less time....
Old questions itself get repeated in this paper... So, study questions from compilation.....
