I feel D S Rawat book is the best for accounting standards, it also has practical problems.....

Dolphy Desouza's two volumes are the best books in Accounting Standards.

i have read in detail every book being referred here..
out of all these..i found the Padhuka's one very good..but one should take the notes of any one teacher..because some important AS like 11, 19, 20, 22 are difficult to be grasped from reading the book only.
Padhuka does cover plenty of practical problems..

I think U should go for the book that has maximum practical problems.Our Institute's text itself contains many examples and practical probs....

Where is MPV SIR'S BOOK ON ACCOUNTING STANDARDS available. Is it relevant for final. Does it cover IFRS.
