Can any one tell me what is the difference between 75% Book Building and 100% Book Building

under 100% book building, the entire i.e.100% of the net offer to public is through book building process. whereas, in 75% book building, 75% of the net offer to the public is through the book building process and 25% through the fixed price portion.
