Bonus shares

Dear All,

 

Please provide me the list of reserves which can be used for issuing bonus shares.

Whether only Share Premium Account and Capital Redemption Account be used for such purpose or What should be the interpretation of Regulation 96(3) of Table A of Companies Act.
