Our company had allotted bonus preference share for which we are filing form 2. While doing "Check Form" the form is showing error stating that Total subscribed Equity Share capital should be greater than or equal to Total amount payable in cash equity+payable otherwise than in cash equity+(No of bonus shares*nominal amount per bonus shares)
I think for subscribed equity shares they are taking bonus shares also in total. But in our case Bonus Preference Share are alloted. Kindly guide how to overcome this.
