If during the financial year salary of an employee crosses the threshold limit i.e. Rs10000,than still the employee will be covered by bonus act during the financial year or not?
under bonus act, no bonus for employees over 10000/-
however its upto management if agree to pay, there is no bar, but act does not not make it eligible to employee
