My drawn Gross Salary Rs.34000/-
Break up is Basi 40% - Rs.13600, DA - 20% - Rs.6800, HRA-15% - Rs.5100/-, Other Allowance-35% - Rs.8500/-
I understood as per bonus act, the salary exceed Rs.21000/-, the employee not eligible for bonus.
Threshold Limit - Rs,21000/- Whether the Gross Salary or Basic+DA.
