By the way sec 184 of Companies Act, 2013 is similar to sec 299 of Companies Act, 1956

RESOLVED THAT pursuant to Section 184 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Meetings of Board & its Power) Rules, 2014 disclosure of Interest made by ----------------------------------- in prescribed form No. MBP 1 be and hereby is taken on record and the same be entered in the Register maintained by the Company.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT -------------------------, Director of the Company, be and is hereby authorized to file MBP 1 in form No. MGT 14 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai and to do all such acts and deeds in this regard"
