WHEATHER EVERY TIME SEPARATE RESOLUTION REQUIRED FOR EACH BORROWING BY M.D ON BEHALF OF COMPANY THROUGH OUT THE PERIOD.IF REQUIRED ,THEN EACH BR TO BE FILED WITH ROC UNDER 117
