Board meeting thru OAVM
is it discretion of company to provide facility of video conferencing for board meeting or company has to compulsorily provide for it?

Yes, a company can conduct meeting through video conferencing also. Provided that the members or Directors who are willing to participate in meeting through video conferencing should intimate their consent to the company in advance. There is no mandatory that Company should conduct meeting through video conferencing only.
