Dear Ankur Shah,
Ya i knew that you must know that.
Don't think otherwise. But in your earlier reply you have written that for want of quorum physical presence is not required. Sir, it is voilation of Company Law. I also know that practical world is something different what is written in the Act but it is not exactly opposite. whatever we have practice, we cant say that it is the process that should be in the Law.

But My dear friend, when the Supreme court has assented the Conferencing through E-media, it has definitely thought about the concept of Quorum.
Because supreme court thought over all the possibilities of the decisions and the Judges of the Supreme court have much more experience than the both of us.
So, I firmly believe that Physical presence is not necessary for the purpose of Quorum.
