Board Meeting in Air?

dear all

please clarify me in this case;

lets say there is a company (lets say RIL) and they want to conduct the board meeting

they want to conduct the board meeting in air like this

sufficient number of directors (means directors required to form quorum for board meeting) are leaving for lets say US. their plane started in india and it takes lets say 9 hours to reach USA

so they want to conduct board meeting in their chartered flight while one the way to USA

now the question which place  should we consider to decide where board meeting is held

the place that flight is there at the time of beginning of meeting or the place where flight is there at the time of ending of meeting

i request the learned members to share their views
