Board meeting by circulation
Can anyone of you please clarify whether is it possible to conduct the first Board Meeting of a newly incorporated company through a meeting through circulation?

Hi Sivaranjini, Circulation is a method used to pass a resolution and not to held a Board meeting. There is no clear provision in the companies act regarding this.
